Henri DuPont Partners | Licence No: 22845 | deregistered after €5.3M fine for client deception and fraud

The CBFC has issued a final penalty of €5.3 million and permanently revoked the regulated status of Henri DuPont Partners, Paris, following conclusive evidence of systematic client deception and fraudulent investment schemes.

This third violation follows previous fines of €1.6 million (June 2021) for improper securities marketing, €2 million (September 2023) for unauthorised asset delegation, and €3.7 million (February 2025) for systematic record-keeping failures. This third enforcement action results in immediate deregistration and permanent exclusion from all CBFC -regulated markets.

The Commission’s Fraud Investigation Division uncovered extensive evidence of misrepresented investment returns and fabricated portfolio statements provided to retail clients over a two-year period. This deregistration demonstrates the CBFC ’s ultimate enforcement authority and its commitment to eliminating fraudulent operators from international financial markets. The Commission’s comprehensive investigative capabilities ensure that sophisticated fraud schemes cannot evade detection, regardless of jurisdictional complexity or operational sophistication.
